Rutherford Institute

The Rutherford Institute argues that prayer is a constitutionally  protected form of free speech. They proclaim it as though it a settled Constitutional question. It is not. Prayers are not common in public schools.

The last I knew, the Constitution was the final Authority in regard to this problem - not the Rutherford Institute. Those folks could use a little humility and a large dose of common sense. A third ingredient would be a study of Constitutional law.
