See It: Waffle House Employees Praying During Shift Change (Photo)

| by Tony Tran

A woman’s Facebook post about Waffle House employees who allegedly prayed before changing shifts has gone viral.

Paige Price was at a Panama City Beach, Florida, Waffle House when she allegedly heard a manager announce “it’s shift change,” before gathering with the workers in a circle. According to her, the group was praying for each other before working.

She was able to snap a photo of the incident and posted it on Facebook.

“I’m sure I had a very weird look on my face because I had to ask myself a few times if this was real,” Price said on the photo’s caption, “if they were really about to pray before each of them went their separate ways, if they were really about to PRAY and not care who they offended.

“Why am I posting this?” she later continued. “The world that I’ve grown up in for 23 years is changing fast and to see this just made my heart smile. Maybe there’s hope for our country after all. I applaud these people for standing up for what they believe in and not worrying about offending others or what others may think/say about them.”

The photo has since been shared over 160,000 times.

Several took to the comment section of the photo to voice their opinions about the post.

“Love this. It’s time that we all begin to fight and stand up for what we believe in,” commented one user. “And whether we believe it or not if the word of God says it, then we need to make a stand.”
