Michelle Duggar, the Christian mom of the once-popular TLC reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting" (video below), recently shared her "marriage advice for newlyweds," which includes wives "joyfully" giving sex to their husbands at anytime, including while pregnant.
In her Oct. 8 blog entry, Duggar offered advice to her married daughter, Jill, which was originally given to her "by a dear friend Gala."
"It's been the best advice that was ever given to me in regard to my relationship to my husband Jim Bob," she wrote.
Duggar notes that her friend told her to “be available, and not just available, but be joyfully available for him. Smile and be willing to say, ‘Yes, sweetie I am here for you,’ no matter what, even though you may be exhausted and big pregnant and you may not feel like he feels. ‘I’m still here for you and I’m going to meet that need because I know it’s a need for you.’"
Duggar then added in her own words, "I’ve realized the sweetness of that through the years. While I am always joyfully available for him, in turn, he’ll lay down his life in any way. He will sit there and listen to everything I need to tell him because he knows that I’m there for him, too. I’m meeting his needs, he’s meeting my needs."
Meanwhile, Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard, are offering refunds to people who have donated to their missionary trip, notes InTouch Weekly. The couple has been criticized by some fans for their mission work in El Salvador, which is not sponsored by their church. They have also made return trips to the U.S. during this time.
They have been taking in donations through their website, which are paid to Dillard Family Ministries, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, but Inquisitr notes that the couple worked in El Salvador as part of another nonprofit, S.O.S. Ministries.
