Komen Foundation Caves to Planned Parenthood, with Help from Media

ST PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Bill Keller, the world's leading Internet Evangelist and the founder of LivePrayer.com, with over 2.4 million subscribers worldwide reading the daily devotional he has written every morning for 12 years on the issues of the day from a Biblical worldview, said the Susan B. Komen Foundation has been intimidated by the media and those who support legalized infanticide into reinstating an annual $250,000 grant to the world's largest baby killing operation, Planned Parenthood, after announcing yesterday they were stopping all grants to PP.

Keller said, "It only shows the level of spiritual decay in this nation when a private foundation who made a decision to stop giving money to the world's largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood, causes the media, politicians, and the supporters of killing babies to go into a wild frenzy. The Catholic Church has always stood for the sanctity of life, yet Catholics like Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Joe Biden, and MSNBC's Chris Matthews, were livid that the Komen Foundation decided to stop giving a $250,000 annual grant to Planned Parenthood."

Keller went on, "It is not surprising. It is a mockery to see President Obama proclaiming his faith in Christ at a prayer breakfast, while being the most pro-death President in the history of this nation. MSNBC host Al Sharpton calls himself a Reverend, yet forcefully supports the killing of innocent babies. I have no clue what Bible these men are reading, but it certainly isn't the Bible God wrote which condemns the killing of innocent babies."

Keller concluded, "You don't have to be a Biblical scholar to know that we are on the verge of seeing the wrath and punishment of God unleashed on this wicked nation at any moment. Every 24 hours we slaughter approximately 4,000 innocent babies. Where is the outrage about that in the media, in the halls of Congress? Sadly, society doesn't even give it a second thought and has fully embraced this 'culture of death' which hangs over this nation like a black cloud."

It wasn't Planned Parenthood and it certainly wasn't the media that got them to change course. It was the millions of reasonable people who don't think that poor women should go without preventative health care just because extremist christians care more about fetus's than women.

With these people calling Obama the most "pro-death" president in history it would be interesting to hear what they consider GWB who started 2 wars that killed hundreds of thousands, possibly millions, of innocent people. On top of that, further undercutting our already weak health care system leaving more women without pre-natal care and more children without any health care.

Wrong. You are so wrong about your wild assertion. I don't understand how anyone can listen to nutcases like this one. The world is doing better than ever before. More equality, less death. Will you ever realize that the times in which religion rules were the worst possible times for everyone? It took revolutions to slip from the hold of the barbarous beliefs held by the clergy. I for one am happy we escaped, but the evangelicals won't let prosperity continue if they have anything to do with it. They want us back in the dark ages where God rules everything with an iron fist.

Everything I do, I do it for you.

Follow-up studies have shown that the low dose birth control pill, which is the one in common circulation now, has no link to breast cancer and actually introduces a lower rate of ovarian cancer. This birth control causes cancer thing needs to stop. It is a red herring.

The simple fact is that if we don't reduce the world's rate of population growth we will hit a population crisis. Currently, we are on track for the world's population to begin leveling out in 50 years or less. However, encouraging people to have more children only increase poverty and reduces our chances of stabilizing our consumption of resources.

These christian nuts who think all forms of birth control are evil are the real enemy.
