A special Family Research Council broadcast, on Wednesday, featured Family Research Council president Tony Perkins, Senior Vice President Tom McClusky, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep-Elect. Mark Meadows (R-NC) who lamented Tuesday's election results.

In the video (below), Perkins said that gay marriage rights were still “morally wrong” even though same sex marriage passed in Maine, Maryland and Washington, reports RightWingWatch.org

Perkins said: “The people can vote on it,  it’s the first time we’ve seen that pass, courts can rule on it, but I don’t think you can violate natural law and force Americans to recognize it as morally right."

McClusky added: “I think the term for a lot of things over the next four years, civil disobedience is going to come into play."

Rep-Elect. Meadows called for Christians to remember that “our God will not be mocked.”

Nothing requires individual

Nothing requires individual churches to recognize and to perform gay marriages. However, there is nothing this bozos can do when a gay couple goes to the justice of the peace or an open church to marry.

The debate is over. There is nothing to do in terms of civil disobedience.

Rep-Elect. Meadows called for Christians to remember that “our God will not be mocked.”

He may not be mocked, but he CAN and SHOULD be ignored.

"How do you know so much about everything?'" was asked of a very wise and intelligent man; and the answer was "By never being afraid or ashamed to ask questions as to anything of which I was ignorant." - John Abbott (1821-1893)
