Liberty University, a Christian college founded by the late Rev. Jerry Falwell, lost its lawsuit against Obamacare this morning.

The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear Liberty's case, which was previously dismissed by the 4th U.S. Circuit of Appeals, reports the Associated Press.

Liberty was fighting against a part of Obamacare that requires employers, with over 50 employees, to provide health insurance coverage for their employees or pay a fine.

On Nov. 26, the Liberty Counsel, the legal arm of Liberty University, posted a video (below) in which the organization bragged about their work this year, including fighting Obamacare, noted

Liberty Counsel founder and chairman Mat Staver boasted how the Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit before any other organization against Obamacare (which opens up health insurance coverage for 40 million uninsured Americans).

The video also claims the Liberty Counsel clocked 25,000 hours in their case against Obamacare since 2010.
