Clint Eastwood's film about U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, "American Sniper," recently crossed the $200 million threshold.

However, the film starring Bradley Cooper as Kyle is not without its detractors. listed several contradictions the film has with the book its based on and reality, while the conservative National Review also questioned claims by Kyle.

Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore tweeted over the weekend, "Tomorrow's Sunday School (1) What Would Jesus Do? Oh, I know what he'd do -- hide on top of a roof and shoot people in the back!"

He followed that with a second tweet, "Sunday School: (2) But What Would Jesus Do if he could be a sniper & save soldiers lives by shooting "savages" in the back? ANSWER..."

Moore then concluded with a third tweet, "Sunday School: (3) ANSWER: Jesus wouldn't put any soldiers lives in harm's way in the first place because he wouldn't have sent them 2 Iraq."

In response, Fox News radio host and TV commentator Todd Starnes fired back on his "American Dispatch" YouTube video (below) today, reports

“Well, I’m no theologian,” stated Starnes. “But I suspect Jesus would tell that God-fearing, red-blooded American sniper, ‘Well done, thou good and faithful servant for dispatching another Godless jihadist to the lake of fire,’ but then again I'm no theologian.”

According to, Starnes longed for the days when Hollywood and Democrats “stood in solidarity with our fighting men and women," and added, "Those days are long gone, and our sweet land of liberty has been soiled by the stinking stench of Michael Moore and Howard Dean and their liberal minions."

However, Moore also stated on Twitter, "In the early days of the [Iraq] war I took soldiers, vets, & their families on a 60-city tour (seen here in Slacker Uprising)" and linked to the video below.
