Justin Peters, of Justin Peters Ministries, called out controversial faith healer Todd Bentley during a recent church service in Tulsa, Okla.
While standing on a stage with Bentley (pictured) and another man, Peters quoted the Bible, "Jesus will look at them and will say, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you workers of iniquity.' This man is a worker of iniquity,” reports RawStory.com (video below).
Bentley then asked, "Which man?"
“You,” stated Peters, who uses crutches because he has cerebral palsy.
Bentley quickly took the microphone away from Peters and said, "God bless you. This is a true promise though. Don’t hit me with your crutch. I’m just trying to bless you, why thank you sir. I’m not giving you my anointing because I have nothing to give.”
Popular VideoThis young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.
According to PulpitandPen.org, Bentley's staff eventually escorted Peters out of the building and called the police.
Bentley is known for his very physical faith healings, which include hitting and kicking, but when ABC News asked Bentley for medical proof of his healings in 2008, he failed to provide it after promising he would.
Bentley was later accused of adultery, married the woman he had an affair with and then took some time off until he was "restored" by self-proclaimed prophet Rick Joyner of MorningStar Ministries.
According to the National Post, Bentley also has a criminal background, history of drug abuse and claims to have raised the dead.
