Openly gay music artist Adam Lambert lashed out Sunday afternoon at the anti-gay group 'One Million Moms' for their opposition to JC Penney, which is featuring two gay men in its Father's Day advertisements, as reported by Opposing Views.
The JCPenney ad copy reads: “First Pals: What makes Dad so cool? He’s the swim coach, tent maker, best friend, bike fixer and hug giver — all rolled into one. Or two.”
Popular VideoPeople were so furious about this Pepsi ad that Pepsi pulled it after just one day. Watch it here and decide if it's offensive:
Last week, One Million Moms said is a statement: “It is obvious that JCPenney would rather take sides than remain neutral in the culture war. JCPenney will hear from the other side so they need to hear from us as well. Our persistence will pay off! We must remain diligent and stand up for Biblical values and truth.”
In response, Lambert, wrote on his Twitter page: “F*ck One Million Moms, hateful bigots.”
