Children, Toddlers, Babies Sing: 'Always Submit To The Church Administration' (Video)

| by Michael Allen

A YouTube video (below) from the Iglesia ni Cristo (Church of Christ) features small children, toddlers and babies singing a song entitled, "Always Submit To The Church Administration."

Joe My God notes that the video, originally posted in October 2015, includes on-screen lyrics in different languages that may sound like brainwashing.

Congress just passed a drug testing law that has a lot of people outraged. Do you think this is wrong?

The lyrics include: "For they were placed by Lord God to lead his nation / If we obey then we will receive salvation."

The song does not quote any verses in the Bible that say that, but the Iglesia ni Cristo website states: "The Iglesia ni Cristo is not a denomination or sect. It is neither affiliated to any federation of religious bodies nor itself an assembly of smaller religious organizations. The Iglesia ni Cristo is Christ’s one true Church today."

The self-proclaimed "one true Church" was founded in the Philippines by Felix Y. Manalo, who died in 1963. The church went through leadership controversy among Manalo's family in 2015, noted Inquirer.net.
