Cenk Uygur, progressive commentator and host of “The Young Turks,” responded Monday to comments from former White House Press Secretary Dana Perino, who claims she’s “tired” of atheists demanding a separation between church and state.

Now a Fox News commentator, Perino told “The Five” last week that she’s “tired” of atheists who want to have “under God” removed from the Pledge of Allegiance.

“If these people don’t like it, they don’t have to live here,” Perino said.

Uygur addressed her comments on his Monday show.

A police officer saw a young black couple drive by and pulled them over. What he did next left them stunned:

“Well, Dana,” he said, “I’m tired of you. You guys are, like, constantly, ‘Believe in my sky God! Believe in him!’ Yeah, I don’t believe in him. So, why don’t you leave the country?”

He called “The Five” co-host Bob Beckel “the biggest meathead” after Beckel agreed with Perino’s comments.

“He’s not remotely liberal,” Uygur said. “He’s a Fox News liberal, which is an idiot who’s supposed to bob his head and go, ‘Oh, yeah, you’re right. Everything you say is right. Oh, liberals suck, atheists suck. Yeah, they should all leave the country. Only Fox News should stay in the country.’”

He quoted the First Amendment to the Constitution, stating, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

“You’re wrong, I’m right,” he said to Perino. “Get the f*** out of the country.”
