Hey NYC! Looking for a great class with a great cause behind it?
Master yoga instructor, Alanna Kaivalya will lead animal-loving students through an uplifting vinyasa practice that will include fun music, soulful chanting, and skillful hands-on adjustments. The class will focus on the link between the powerful practice of yoga and the importance of social activism. As yogis, we can use the benefits of our practice to uplift the lives of others – and on this day, specifically to uplift the lives of our four-legged friends. Come put your practice where your heart is and be prepared to sweat and smile with fellow compassionate yogis.
Your generous donation will go to Project Pet Inc. an organization that their mission is to save as many dogs from euthanasia at the AC&C shelter in Harlem. Every penny goes to saving a dogs life.
