Trump Mocked For 'Golden Showers' Intelligence Report

| by Michael Allen

President-elect Donald Trump denied an unverified intelligence report on Jan. 10 that said the Russian government has embarrassing personal and financial information about him.

BuzzFeed News published the report -- a series of memos -- that was compiled by an unidentified former British intelligence official. The UK source's past work is considered credible by U.S. intelligence, notes CNN, but the report about Trump has not been verified or debunked.

The report said that the Russian authorities exploited "Trump's personal obsessions and sexual perversions in order to obtain suitable [compromising] material on him."

The unverified claim continues, saying that the Russians caught Trump in a scandalous situation:

According to source D, where s/he had been present Trump's (perverted) conduct included hiring the presidential suite of the Ritz Carlton Hotel, where he knew President Obama and Mrs. Obama (whom he hated) had stayed on one of their officials trips to Russia, and defiling the bed where they had slept by employing a number of prostitutes to perform a 'golden showers' (urination) show in front of him.

In response to the report, Trump tweeted: "FAKE NEWS - A TOTAL POLITICAL WITCH HUNT!"

RawStory.com noted some of the tweets directed at Trump's denial:

[Donald Trump] you seem pissed...

[Donald Trump] if information keeps TRICKLING out like this you might be in trouble...

In more Trump news, a new poll from Quinnipiac University found that Trump has an approval rating of 37 percent.

Talking Points Memo notes: "For a Days away from inauguration it's totally unprecedented. For some perspective, by Gallup's numbers, each of the last three presidents had approval ratings of at least 65% during their presidential transitions."
