Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump warned people at a rally on Oct. 12 in Ocala, Florida, that ISIS will take over the United States if Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton wins the election (video below).

Trump began his speech by noting that ISIS did not exist when President Obama took office. Trump told the crowd that the president has an underhanded motivation for referring to ISIS as ISIL, notes Right Wing Watch.

"You know why he does that?" Trump said. "Because he likes disturbing all of you."

Trump went on to say that ISIS was in 32 countries, an assertion that he also made during the second presidential debate:

Her and Obama whether you like it or not, the way they got out of Iraq, the vacuum they left, that's why ISIS formed in the first place. They started from the little area and now they are in 32 different nations. Congratulations. Great job.

Trump's claim was debunked by Politico on Oct. 9. The news site noted a Congressional Research Service report in June that said that there were groups in various countries that described "themselves as constituent members of a broader IS-led caliphate."

Trump then told his audience in Florida:

[ISIS] is hoping and praying that Hillary Clinton becomes President of the United States because they'll take over, not only that part of the world, they'll take over this country. They'll take over this part of the world, believe me. They are hoping. They are hoping.

Trump also promised to be ISIS' "worst nightmare." ISIS has used Trump as a recruiting tool to bring more Muslims to their cause.

Foreign Affairs magazine reported in August:

[I]nterviews with ISIS supporters and recent defectors suggest just the opposite: jihadists are rooting for a Trump presidency because they believe that he will lead the United States on a path to self-destruction...

Analysis of ISIS chatter on social media and conversations with 12 current and former supporters of the group do indicate that ISIS strongly prefers Trump over the Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton.
