Former half-term Alaska Governor and current Fox News commentator Sarah Palin gave a speech to the Western Conservative Summit in Denver, Colorado, on July 19.
Like many of Palin's past speeches, she attacked President Obama repeatedly, but this time, she seemed lost and slurred her words.
CrooksandLiars.com edited Palin's 30 minute speech down to nine minutes of her more bizarre moments (video below).
"So the president was here last week, gettin' his Rocky Mountain high on, busy week for him spinnin' from one scandal to other scandals, must have vertigo," Palin said. "The Middle East exploding in chaos, our open border crisis, no time to visit the border, but time to shoot some pool, wet his whistle, and grin real big for those icky photo ops he really, really hates.
Popular VideoThis young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.
"We know God shed his grace on thee America," Palin added later in the speech. "He's given us our freedom to do what's right. God doesn't drive parked cars."
Palin sounded far more articulate and awake in her promo video (below) for her new SarahPalinChannel.com. In the video, Palin tells her fans that it's "our channel," but she's charging them $9.95 per month.
According to Variety, Palin has partnered up with Tapp, a company "formed by Jeff Gaspin, former chairman of NBCUniversal Television, and Jon Klein, former president of CNN U.S."
Palin's pay channel is modeled after TheBlaze.com, which was created by Glenn Beck, and features both free and pay content.
