Rep. Randy Neugebauer Supports Gov. Shutdown, Bullies Park Ranger for Shutdown (Video)

| by Michael Allen

Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-Texas), who supported the U.S. government shutdown, recently bullied a U.S. Park Service Ranger because she was enforcing the government shutdown at the World War II Memorial in Washington D.C.

“How do you look at them and deny them access?” asked Rep. Neugebauer, who was upset that tourists were not allowed in (video below), notes NBC Washington.

The park ranger explained that it was difficult to keep out tourists to which Rep. Neugebauer said, "The Park Service should be ashamed of themselves."

“I’m not ashamed,” replied the park ranger.

“This woman is doing her job, just like me, I’m a 30-year federal veteran, I’m out of work,” said a bicyclist.

Rep. Neugebauer waved his finger at the veteran and blamed Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) for the shutdown, even though Sen. Reid supports funding the U.S. government via the Continuing Resolution.

Republicans have tried to paint Democrats as enemies of the WW II veterans, who "stormed' the WW II monument earlier this week with the permission of the park rangers.
