Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump took a few swipes at one of his opponents, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, in a recent interview, and he wasn't afraid to get a little personal.

“I don’t know, I think I’m better looking than he is,” Trump said during an interview with Bloomberg Politics’ “With All Due Respect” on Nov. 2.

Trump was responding to the interviewer’s suggestion that the Florida senator is a “candidate on the rise.”

“Look, I think he’s highly overrated,” Trump said. “I think he’s an overrated person. I don’t think he’s going to make it. I said at one point he was a lightweight and I don’t mean to be insulting, but I do describe people somehow well. I described Jeb Bush as a low energy individual and unfortunately for him that stuck.”

The billionaire real estate developer went on to suggest that Rubio was disloyal for running against former Florida governor Jeb Bush who was once considered Rubio’s mentor.

Trump also said in the interview that of all the GOP candidates, Rubio “is the one that sweats the most.”

“He’s the youngest, but I have never seen any human being sweat like that,” Trump said.

It’s not the first time Trump has pointed this out.

Following the September GOP debate, Trump told a crowd in South Carolina nearly the same thing.

"I've never seen a young guy sweat that much,” he said, according to CNN. “He’s drinking water, water, water. I never saw anything like this with him with the water.”

"I've never seen a guy down water like he downs water,” Trump said in an interview with MSNBC the following day. “They bring it in in buckets for this guy.”

Those jabs culminated in Trump’s campaign sending what was dubbed a “care package” to Rubio’s campaign headquarters in Washington, D.C. The package contained a 24-bottle case of “Trump Ice Natural Spring Water,” Trump campaign bumper stickers, and two towels carrying Trump’s campaign slogan “Make America Great Again.”

“Since you're always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!” read a note attached to the package, according to CNN.

A Trump campaign aide told CNN the towels were thrown in “for him sweating” and described the package as a prank.
