Tea Party Nation head Judson Phillips sent an email out to his members today, blaming President Obama for the bombings at the Boston Marathon, which killed 3 people and injured 144 yesterday.
"The reason we will be hit again is because our government is not committed to destroying our enemy. Radical Islam is our enemy,” stated the email, per RightWingWatch.org. "There are two reasons why we will be hit again. First, we have a determined enemy who hates us. Second, we have a government that is not committed to protecting America."
The Tea Party Nation also stated: "Barack Obama could not force himself to use the word 'terrorism' in his speech last night and the FBI right now won’t call this a terrorist incident."
Additionally, the Tea Party Nation praised President Reagan ("Reagan knew that America had to stand up to the Communist threat."), without mentioning the 1983 terrorist attack in Lebanon that prompted Reagan to pull U.S. troops out.
The Tea Party Nation was not the only critic of President Obama, Fox News' Bill O'Reilly also criticized Obama for calling the Boston Bombing a "tragedy," reports Mediaite.com (video below).
