Obama to U.N.: "No Shortcut" to Israel-Palestinian Pace

President Obama addressed the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, coming out against an expected request that it recognize a Palestinian state.

Obama said he supports such a state, but that it should come through direct negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, not by a U.N. action.
