GOP Vice Presidential nominee Paul Ryan was asked about Mitt Romney's negative comments about the "47 percent" of Americans by NBC Reno, reports ThinkProgress.org.
Rep. Ryan said: "He was obviously inarticulate in making this point. The point we're trying to make here is that under the Obama economy, government dependency is up and economic stagnation is up."

However, Rep. Ryan did not address the specific derisive comments made by Romney about 47 percent of Americans who supposedly take no responsibility for their lives and think they are entitled to government handouts.
In a separate interview with KCRG-TV in New Hampshire, Rep. Ryan was asked if he agree with Romney’s remarks, he said "no."
