President Barack Obama, on Tuesday, joked about Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney strapping his dog to the roof of his car (video below).
In Oskaloosa, Iowa, President Obama said: “I want somebody who’s fighting for insourcing. A few months ago, Gov. Romney explained his energy policy this way, I’m quoting here, ‘You can’t drive a car with a windmill on it.’ That’s what he said about wind power."
Popular VideoSNL is not a fan of the Trump administration, and it shows with every new skit they produce. Do you think they need to tone it down?
“I don’t know if he’s actually tried that. I know that he’s had other things on his car.”
According to a 2007 Boston Globe article, Romney placed the family dog 'Seamus' on the roof of the family’s car during a family trip in 1983. Seamus got sick and had the runs on top of the car.
