| by Michael Allen

Fox News' Chris Wallace reported that the Romney campaign has not conceded Ohio or the general election at 12:00 a.m. EST.

Even though Fox News and all the other major news networks have called Ohio for President Obama, the Romney campaign insists that twenty percent has not been counted and Obama leads by less than a thousand votes.

NBC News' Peter Alexander also reported that Romney was not conceding Ohio yet (video below).

UPDATE: Mitt Romney conceded defeated at 12:55 a.m. Speaking to supporters in Boston, Massachusetts, Romney said he called President Barack Obama and wished him well, thanked his supporters and running mate Paul Ryan.
