Video: Latino Group Slams Mitt Romney for Saying "If I was Latino, I'd Have a Better Shot at Winning"

| by Michael Allen

A new ad from MoveOn.org Political Action and PresentePAC+ features an unidentified Latina woman calling out Mitt Romney for the recently published "secret tape" in which the GOP presidential nominee said: "It'd be helpful to be Latino... If I was Latino, I'd have a better shot at winning this thing."

Presente Action also has a petition up calling on Romney to apologize: "Tell Mitt Romney that we're not stupid, that we vote based on policy. Please sign this petition demanding Mitt Romney apologize for his offensive remarks."

"It implies Latinos vote based on ethnicity with no regard to policy. This attitude is dismissive and offensive to Latino voters and we call on you to immediately apologize for these disparaging remarks."
