Video: Herman Cain Stumped by Question at Cain-Gingrich Debate

| by Michael Allen

On Saturday evening, during the Herman Cain-Newt Gingrich debate (video below), Cain, the GOP presidential frontrunner, got stumped on a question about Medicare.

When asked by Americans for Prosperity Texas chairman Ben Streusand on whether he would favor either a “defined benefit plan” or “premium support” for Medicare, Cain pondered the question, rolled his eyes upward and finally said: “You go first Newt."

Cain's popularity has risen in GOP polls and he has raised two million dollars since news broke that he allegedly sexually harrassed three women.
