Video: Arthur Allen, CEO of ASG Software Solutions, Tells Employees to Vote for "New President"
Time-share billionaire CEO David Siegel recently threatened to fire his "valued employees" if President Obama is reelected in November.
Siegel is not the only employer threatening jobs if Pres. Obama wins, reports ThinkProgress.org and MSNBC’s Chris Hayes (video below).
Arthur Allen, CEO of ASG Software Solutions, suggested to his employees, in a recent email, that if they "fail to make the right choice on November 6th... I don't want to hear any complaints regarding the fallout that will most likely come."
It is actually illegal for an employer to tell his/her employees who to vote for; Allen and Siegel may have crossed that line.
In his email, Allen wrote, in part:
But I can tell you, if the US re-elects President Obama, our chances of staying independent are slim to none. I am already heavily involved in considering options that make our independence go away, and with that all of our lives would change forever.
I believe that a new President and administration would give US citizens and the world the renewed confidence and optimism we all need to get the global economies started again, and give ASG a chance to stay independent. If we fail as a nation to make the right choice on November 6th, and we lose our independence as a company, I don’t want to hear any complaints regarding the fallout that will most likely com.
I am asking you to give us one more chance to stay independent by voting in a new President and administration on November 6th. Even then, we still might not be able to remain independent, but it will at least give us a chance. If we don’t, that chance goes away.

Ya right... fire employees
Ya right... fire employees because Obama is re-elected. Walk thousands in intellectual capital out the door? What an idiot!!
You got that right. The
You got that right. The epitome of stupid. No wonder he's afraid of a government takeover....he's anti-American.
Why else would he try to frighten his employees to vote against their own consciences or their own best interests?
The insanity principle is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results. The far right, the far left, vegans, creationists and other extremists believe in the insanity principle, religiously.
