Skuby & Co. Lifestyle Clothing Erects Picture of Pres. Obama as Witch Doctor
A strange display in a window of Skuby & Co. Lifestyle Clothing in Spring Lake, New Jersey includes an image of the President Obama's head on the body of a witch doctor above the word “ObamaCare.”
Store owner Bill Skuby told 1010 WINS: "My feeling about ‘Obamacare’ and all this other stuff, at some point you have to stand up to how you feel and I feel this is wrong and awful. I think this guy has just taken down a path we could never recover from.”
Skuby gave no specific examples as why Obamcare is "awful" and "wrong."
Skuby told WCBS 880: "There’s a skeleton above the gravestone with an Obama mask on and a crown because I think he thinks he’s the king."
Even though many locals feel the display is racist, Skuby has no intention of taking it down: “I’m not backing down. I don’t care what they do. I’ve had a black group call me a little while ago, they are going to picket me. Fine. Picket me all you want."
"Maybe I can get a customer out of the deal. But the truth of the matter is, this is the way I feel and we’ve got to stand up for what we feel. And at my age, I’m taking a stand and that’s just the way it is."

Just because you CAN do
Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD do it. It is offensive and racist and disrespectful. The end. You don't have to like what the man has done as president, but this is WAY out of line. I personally believe that Obamacare is a good thing. I have good health insurance myself, and I think other people should also be entitled to heathcare in this country. Are we one of the greatest nations in the world or not? Can we not even provide healthcare for our poor? On a personal note, I hope this man goes out of business...

I think this store owner is rite on track. This President is running this country into the ground. As a fellow snall business owner I see very light on the horizon and his healthcare reform is nothing but smoke and mirror's. I see nothing racist in that add and I'm tired of African American's screaming race at every turn and then turning around and doing the same thing and calling it okay hypocrites every one of them. This President is a socialest bent on distroying the middle class and if the American people bon't get of their butts and do something about it soon we're in deep you know what. The government can't properly run the post office and you expect it to run our healthcare system?? Get your hear out of the sand America before it's to late.

The impact of the reform so far for my company has been nothing but positive. Our premiums did not go up this year for the first time in years, AND we can offer extended dependent coverage for kids under 26. The employees are happier, and not having our insurance go up was fantastic.

The problem is that most critics of Obamacare really have nothing to complain about. They repeat these vague notions of governmental control, blah blah blah, when for the people with insurance there will be no change other than a reduction in premiums for some under the 80/20 and 85/15 rule for claims to premiums.
