Secret Service to Investigate Ted Nugent "Threat" Against Obama

The Secret Service said it will investigate comments rocker and gun advocate Ted Nugent made over the weekend that could be interpreted as a threat to President Obama.

Speaking at the National Rifle Association's annual convention in St. Louis, Nugent said, "If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year."

It's not known exactly what Nugent meant by this, but this is the same man who said during a concert a few years ago that Obama should "suck on my machine gun."

On Tuesday a spokesman for the Secret Service told New York magazine, "We are aware of it, and we'll conduct an appropriate follow up.
