Jon Stewart: Sarah Palin "Either Running for President or Crazy"
Sarah Palin told Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren this week that she was worried that the presidency could prove to be “too shackling” for her maverick style and somehow limit her.
Wednesday night, Jon Stewart took aim at her claims on "The Daily Show."
“The biggest contemplation piece in your process is that becoming the president would diminish your power?” Stewart asked. “You’d be the f***ing president! You would be the commander-in-chief of history’s greatest fighting force. What do you mean? What possibly do you mean? And don’t misunderstand, I am not trying to talk you into running. It is just, by most people’s standards, the presidency is one of the higher level positions we have.”
Stewart added: “So here’s the thing, you can have a colorful bus and drive to early primary states or you can go around telling people what you would do if you were president. But when you put those two together, there’s really only two possibilities: you are either running for president of the United States or you are a crazy person.”

KT, there is no leftist media. If the media was anything but the conservative shills it is then we'd be hearing about the Occupy Wall Street protests the same way we heard about your precious Tea Party. If 2 or more tea party members got together for lunch they were covered by a dozen national reporters. OWS has over 5,000 protesters that have been there for weeks and yet you never heard about it until police pepper sprayed some girls who were already roped in. John Stewart held a rally and had tens of thousands of people there yet the media actively ignored it. Simple fact is that the media is run by conservatives. As for your precious Sara Barracuda she was brought down by simple truth. She made the mistake of getting on the national stage. When she got there people started to report what she said and did. When people learned what she said and did most people were turned off. That's why she lost popularity. Was it frivolous when she was taken to court over firing her ex brother in law, the state trooper who was in a custody battle with her sister? Nobody needs to make up bad things about Palin. Her reality is quite bad enough. BTW, whatever your lame excuse is, she's a quitter. She quit her job because she could make millions more doing reality TV shows than she could running her welfare state.
Accusations about Palin's brother-in-law don't make facts, and because of his behavior he deserved to be fired ten times over. But instead of looking at his hurrendous behavior you go directly to his defense and ignore what he had done in favor of attacking Palin. Nice, but it's an obvious political stance, not a sound one. You're a fucking idiot if you think the coverage of the Tea Party was done in a positive way. The Tea Party gets coverage by the leftist media alright, but it's all bad....painting us out to be racist, a threat to the nation, violent rioters, terrorists, hostage takers, and you name it. The protests on the left didn't get coverage because it makes the left look bad. You should see a lot of the interviews done with those idiots protesting on Wall Street. The stupid idiots don't even know why they are there and they don't have a clue what drives the economy or how it works. One lady said that she wants to replace our system with communism, a young man said he wants to destroy capitalism and when he was asked what he wanted to replace it with he was blank faced and didn't even have an answer. There were many interviews just like this from those dumbasses, and, oh yeah, they vote Democrat.

So King Tea, according to you, her problem is that all she really is is a talking mouthpiece for the GOP who has a stark inability to elicit real change in anything. She's couldn't even hack being the governor of Alaska so she turned to daytime reality shows and bus tours. When you're President, you can't just go around saying whatever you want regardless of how little sense it makes, so for her, she would lose the ability to do what she does best: be ignorant. She's just a hypocrite who will forever say what she "would" do but will never be able to actually do it because she's too "maverick-y". And this is the lazy, attention seeking, reality star you love so much haha.
And you're a word twisting and fact twisting asshole. Sarah can bring about political change, but she is best at rallying the base. You lefties are a bunch of jerks when you call her a quiter for resigning her position, and you don't have a clue what the fuck you are talking about. She had over an 80% approval rating in Alaska until she was named as McCains running mate. The leftist media took care of that by trying to destroy her. She was faced with frivilous lawsuit after frivilous lawsuit, and in Alaska the defense money comes out of her own pocket. She was being sued over stupid shit like wearing a jacket that has a logo on it someone doesn't like. It was done intentionally so the left could flood her with legal bills that she couldn't pay, and SHE WON EVERY LAWSUIT BECAUSE THEY WERE FRIVILOUS !! She was forced out because she had to make some money to survive, and she would never be able to pay for 2 more years of constant bullshit lawsuits filed by the left for stupid ass reasons. Stewart is a comedian that leftists turn to for news. How surprising. She didn't say she would lose "power" like Stewart claims. She said she would be restricted. She can go around anywhere she wants now, support any issue, say whatever she wants and not give a crap about who she pisses off. When you become President, you have a whole new line of standards and protocol you have to follow...including political correctness. The rules of the game would change for her, more or less, and she likes having the freedom to do whatever she wants like she does now.
