During every election, people often say they will leave the U.S. if the presidential candidate, who they don't like, wins.
Now, those folks can actually leave the country at no charge, thanks to JetBlue's 'Election Protection' sweepstakes.
JetBlue states on its web site: “If your candidate doesn’t win, don’t worry. Election protection could be your ticket out of the country.”
To enter, people participate in an online poll and select the party they support, and a place they’d like to visit. If their candidate loses, they may will be placed in a contest to win one of 1,000 trips to a tropical destination, reports Mediaite.com.

JetBlue's rules state: "Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around November 7, 2012. The potential winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize."
