Donald Trump Attacks Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal for Calling GOP 'Stupid' (Video)

TV reality star and billionaire Donald Trump attacked Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal (R) today because Gov. Jindal called the Republicans “the stupid party.”

In December, Gov. Jindal told Republicans to “stop being the stupid party” at the Republican National Committee’s winter meeting in North Carolina, reports RawStory.com.

“I think he was stupid for using that term because that term is so obnoxious and so good for the other side that he should not have used that term,” Trump told Fox News' morning show Fox & Friends. “Because that term is going to be living now with the Republican Party for a long time and they’re going to have his face on television saying it for the next four years.

“I thought that term used by the governor was a disgrace, and he shouldn’t have used it. I thought it was very demeaning to the Republican Party … You don’t use the word 'stupid' because the word 'stupid' is now going to be a part of the vocabulary of the Democrats. I thought it was a horrible thing for him to say. Frankly, I thought it was stupid thing for him to say.”

Trump did not mention that he had slammed the "stupidity" of the Republicans in 2011 (video below).

“When they tamper with Medicare, they have a death wish,” Trump said at the time. “The Democrats are laughing at the stupidity of the Republicans and this Ryan plan.”

Trump also said this morning that he is suing comedian Bill Maher for $5 million dollars over a bet made on The Tonight Show that Trump couldn’t prove that his mother didn’t have sex with an orangutan.

“I’ll sue him at about 12 o’clock today,” Trump said. “For $5 million, all going to charity. He said, if you do this, he made me an offer, I accepted the offer immediately and he didn’t come through with the $5 million.”
