Democrats to Hold the Senate With Wins in Massachusetts, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio

Democrats did well in Senate races today and appear to be holding the U.S. Senate

Both CNN and MSNBC have predicted Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren over incumbent Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) to win Massachusetts' Senate seat.

CNN and MSNBC had Warren beating Scott 52 percent to 48 percent with just under 40 percent of precincts reporting as of 10 pm EST.

In Indiana, Tea Party Republican Richard Mourdock lost to Rep. Joe Donnelly as of 10 pm EST. Mourdock took a hit in the polls after he said during a debate that pregnancy as the result of rape was part of God’s plan.

Democratic Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill defeated Rep. Todd Akin, claimed women could not get pregnant from “legitimate rape,” at 10:15 p.m. EST, reports CBS News.
