Oklahoma State Senator Constance Johnson Tries to Ban Masturbation
Oklahoma’s proposed anti-abortion Senate Bill 1433 states a fetus “at every stage of development (has) all the rights, privileges, and immunities available to other persons, citizens, and residents of this state.”
In response, pro-choice Oklahoma State Senator Constance Johnson introduced an amendment to the bill that read: “However, any action in which a man ejaculates or otherwise deposits semen anywhere but in a woman’s vagina shall be interpreted and construed as an action against an unborn child.”
This would outlaw masturbation by men, anal sex, sex with condoms, all forms of fellatio to completion, as well as other sex acts. She later withdrew the measure (no pun intended), but stated that she had inserted it to highlight the sexism in the current bill.
Democrat Jim Wilson tried to introduce a serious amendment stating that all men would be responsible for the full support and well-being of any woman carrying their child for the duration of the pregnancy, including housing, food, transportation and all medical costs. That amendment failed.

This joke of a woman has probably masturbated as much as any other woman. She clearly has NO concept about how biology works.
Hey you stupid B%$#c...semen is NOT an unborn child.
Must be an election year....all the freaks of nature are coming out of the woodwork.
Why is god so fascinated with everyone's sex lives? That guy is the biggest pervert ever.
I dream of a day when we repeal all laws (and stop introducing new ones) that attempt to legislate morality and attempt to shame people.
Its not God doing this sick crap. The Bible doesnt say a word about masturbation...not a single word. These freaks try to force it to, but it doesnt. Pretty odd considering all the sexual laws...even ones about not having sex during a womans period. Somehow in all those laws God was apparently so oblivious that He forgot to tell us not to touch ourselves.
Don't let these idiots convince you that 'God' has anything to do with their stupidity.
I don't think it says anything about lesbianism, either. That said, marriage in either the Jewish or Christian tradition has always been between a man and a woman (or women).
I don't know whether there's an answer to that question, but if there is one I suppose it might be buried somewhere in the writings of St. Augustine or maybe Thomas Aquinas.
Augustine's rantings is not scripture. He and the early 'fathers' disagreed on so much that they cannot even be trusted as being good counsel under any circumstances.
Some of you (Wendy and Kerry) completely missed the point of Constance Johnson. Allow me to copy\paste what Albert Lowe wrote above.
Albert Lowe I suggest you read the story a little more closely. She didn't actually intend to outlaw masturbation. Her intention was to show how sexist the anti-abortion bill is.
She was trying to show how ridiculous the original bill is. Really: can a fetus in the womb VOTE? NO! Further, why should men be dictating TO women about their bodies? Do we want women to dictate TO men how to handle our bodies? NO. Therein lies the point she was trying to make....Wendy and Kerry.
Abortion is none of anyone's business except the woman and whomever she chooses to bring into the discussion to help her decide. Unless men want women telling us how to handle our penises, I suggest men stay out of the discussion.
Since abortion is killing a living being, and you feel the only ones concerned are the mother and whomever she chooses to confide in (not the unborn child, who obviously will be severely effected by her decision)should the only ones concerned with a battered wife be the married couple?
Legally and scientifically, abortion is not killing a living being until about 20 weeks in. If you believe otherwise, you are of course welcome to follow your conscience. You are not welcome to force your unsupported, unsupportable belief on others, any more than the animal rights people can force you to stop wearing leather or eating meat.
I sort of agree but your argument is week.
We know that this legislator was trying to make a point but this conversation has evolved beyond that and become more interesting than some stupid politicians pranks.
A 7 year old cant vote either but it's illegal and wrong to terminate it's life. Your women's bodies argument is a distraction and you know it. This is not about the woman's body for the pro-life folks, it's about the child. The real debate is whether the unborn deserve rights.
Personally I'm with you, sort of. I do believe the unborn child is a person but it belongs to the mother and it's her decision and only she will live with the results of that decision. Therefore it's her choice.
