Perez Hilton Responds - Tackily - to Miley Cyrus Upskirt Controversy

| by Kate Wharmby Seldman

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton has posted a video on his Web site in which he responds to the firestorm of controversy surrounding his tweeting of a Miley Cyrus upskirt photograph.

On June 13, Hilton posted this update to his Twitter account: "If you are easily offended, do NOT click here." He then included a link to a picture of "Hannah Montana" star Cyrus climbing out of a convertible car. She appeared not to be wearing any underwear. Hilton then tweeted, "Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!"

It turns out President Trump's budget has $2 trillion error in it:

"Seems like the whole world is thinking that I posted a picture of Miley Cyrus without underwear on. Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?" Perez asks in the video. He also asks viewers if they really think he is dumb enough to post the offending picture. "Sure, I like to be controversial," he says, "but I don't want to go to jail!" The reason he posted the picture, he says, is because he thought "she was exiting the car in a rather unladylike fashion." However, he doesn't address the fact that Cyrus may have exposed herself in the picture.

Since Miley Cyrus is 17, and therefore still a minor, Hilton could face child pornography charges for posting the photo of her.

In a separate post on his gossip site, Hilton posted a picture of Cyrus taken on the same day as the upskirt shot. Its title is "PROOF that Miley Was Wearing Underwear!" In the shot, Cyrus's panties are clearly visible under her dress. Trust Hilton to protest his innocence in a manner just as tacky as his original transgression.
