Young Women Twerk on Subway Tracks (Video)

| by Michael Allen

The act "twerking," which is gyrating one's hips to mimic sexual intercourse, has become popular since Miley Cyrus twerked with Robin Thicke on MTV's VMAs during the summer.

Cyrus also twerked on some subway tracks to plug the VMAs, and two young women recently did the same, according to Gothamist.com.

In a video (below) that was uploaded to YouTube earlier this week, the girls do not show their faces, but gyrate as laughing cameraman films them and giggles, "Twerking on the train!"

The train station is not identified, but is believed to be the 8th Avenue station in New York City.
