World's Tallest Man Meets World's Shortest (Video)

| by Michael Allen

The world’s tallest man Sultan Kosen (8 feet, 3 inches) recently met the world's shortest man Chandra Bahadur Dangi (21.4 inches).

Dangi, 74, hails from Nepal, while Kosen, 31, is from Turkey.

According to CNN, the men posed for pictures and gave interviews in London on Thursday to celebrate the 10th annual Guinness World Records Day (videos below).

"I was very interested how tall he was going to be, about how far up my legs he would go, and of course once I saw him I realized how tiny he was," Kosen told AFP.

"Even though he is short and I am tall, we have had similar struggles throughout our lives and when I look into [Dangi's] eyes I can see he is a good man," added Kosen.

"I was very pleased to see the tallest man in the world, I was curious to meet my extreme opposite," Dangi told AFP.

Kosen's hands measure 11.2 inches from his wrist to the tip of his middle finger, giving him a second world record: the world's largest hands.
