Company Offers Free Vibrators for Furloughed Government Employees

| by Michael Allen

While federal government shutdown continues, one company is offering free products to government employees who are staying home with too much time on their hands.

Vibrators.com, a sex toy website, recently offered free vibrators to furloughed government employees, noted MLive.com.

On their website, Vibrators.com states:

Are you a federal employee that has been deemed non-essential? Do you have a little too much time on your hands and nothing to do? Is the recent government shutdown to blame?

Here at Vibrators.com we are committed to allowing our customers to find satisfaction. As vibrator enthusiasts, we want everyone to experience the pleasure that a nice vibrator can bring to partners and individuals. Besides, we know you have some free time, why not try something new?

“We feel bad for the federal employees affected by the shutdown. There is a lot of satisfaction in doing good work, without work to be done, that sense of accomplishment is lost. That must be stressful. We were discussing that our products relieve stress and create satisfaction. We decided to do a giveaway to help out," Vibrators.com owner Tom Nardone told AVN.com.

Vibrators.com claims its unusual giveaway will continue until the shutdown is over, but they are out of freebies for today:

We have reached our limit for today, Monday, October 7th. Our warehouse has the capacity to send about 200 free vibrators a day without delaying our other customers' orders. Tomorrow is a new day though. Stop by around mid-day Tuesday and we will release another 200 vibrators for furloughed federal employees.
