About Nancy Kate

Nancy Kate’s enchantment for the practice shines in her ability to hold space for students to go inside and create personal transformation in a fun, loving and supportive environment. Her classes focus on integrity of alignment and intention in every moment with sequencing that is thoughtful, deliberate, balanced and challenging. She trusts that it is through this precise way of practicing that we create awareness to learn about ourSelves and how we relate to the world, deepening all the connections in our lives. Her teaching style has been influenced by many styles and teachers, some including Maya Yoga with Nicki Doane & Eddie Modestini as well as Prana Flow with Shannon Paige Schneider who she co-directs teacher training programs with in Boulder, CO. From these amazing opportunities her teaching unfolded into a fun, fluid vinyasa practice with alignment which she calls Conscious Flow. Nancy Kate,
I just want you to know that i deeply appreciate your presence, your practice, your inspiration. I’m inspired to go deeper into my practice of yoga by virtue of your inspiration – *reunion in action* is how i would describe what you’re doing – you’re like a midwife, helping all of us to be reborn into a new world of connectedness, by helping us to do as joseph campbell suggested, to match one’s nature with Nature – to connect with our own nature in order to connect with others and with the world around us. I’m so grateful for your classes, for what you’re teaching, and for how you’re teaching. thank you – namaste – and i bow my head to you

Nancy Kate,
I want to thank you for all your positive energy and your amazing classes. I’m still very new to yoga, but already it is giving me a rejuvenated perspective on life. Opening mind, body and spirit in ways I never imagined possible. You’re one of the primary people who have helped awaken me to this beautiful practice, and for that I am forever grateful, far beyond words.
Very sincerely,
