An entire terminal at JFK International Airport was evacuated Sunday afternoon, but the threat turned out to be just a tube of toothpaste wrapped in duct tape.

The shutdown was partially due to heightened security following the Boston bombings, and officials took no chances when they were alerted about a suspicious package in the baggage area of Concourse B in Terminal 4. The alert was for a tube of toothpaste covered in wires heading towards the gate of an Israel-bound plane.

The bomb squad and Port Authority shut down Terminal 4 for an hour and a half before determining that the tube was only covered in duct tape, giving the “all clear” for the terminal to re-open.
