Additionally, all that working really isn't good for you or your employer. Workplaces stress reportedly costs employers $200 billion a year.

Also, people working 11 hours per day or more are two-and-a-half times more likely to be depressed and have an excessively sedentary lifestyle, which contributes to health problems.

More evidence shows that productivity decreases by half after 8 hours of work in one day.
