According to OnlineMBA.com, the average American workweek is crazy compared to much of the rest of the world. 

Americans, on average, put in more hours and take less vacation.

Additionally, all that working really isn't good for you or your employer. Workplaces stress reportedly costs employers $200 billion a year.

Also, people working 11 hours per day or more are two-and-a-half times more likely to be depressed and have an excessively sedentary lifestyle, which contributes to health problems.
