Check out the latest from Les in his May newsletter:

Finally, we have some amazing weather that seems like it will last in San Francisco.  So, please, get outside and enjoy.  I’m always talking about doing more than just having yoga be this 90 minute experience we share with each other a few times a week on the mat inside the studio.  Don’t worry, I love the energy we co-create on the mat together – lately it’s been beyond amazing and inspiring.  But, the gypsy in me needs to be on the road a little and share the love.  You can come with me.  I would love for you to join me.

Here’s why I travel and go on retreat.  I love my home and where I live and I feel incredibly blessed to have the life I have been gifted.  I also love to meet new people and fantasize about far away places and see how other people live their lives and spend some time completely free from the the day to day structure of my life where I can wake up, take a walk and chant and meditate and practice yoga and do service and share a meal with people and go to sleep knowing I will wake up and do the very same thing the next day with the same people.  We create sacred community on retreat and get in touch with our sacred selves.  I lead one day retreats, weekends and week long retreats locally and around the world.  Here’s a few things going on or you can go to www.yogawithles.com for my complete schedule in San Francisco and on the road offerings for 2011, including upcoming retreats:

Sometimes, the things that come to those that wait, are the things that those who seized their moment, left behind.  Trust me, I waited on some things when I should have taken that leap of faith.  Seize your moment and allow yourself to go a little deeper on your spiritual quest.  If you have any questions I’m always available (even if it takes me a few days to respond when I’m away).

If you can’t figure out how to get away – you can practice with my downloadable video podcasts atwww.yogawithles.com/videos and you can try one for free at www.yogawithles.com/freedownload.

If we know each other, I can’t wait to see you again and if for some reason we’ve never met eye to eye before, I look forward to spending time with you somewhere in this unbelievable life we have been gifted.

Many OMs,

Les
