Massive Earthquake in Italy Kills 150

Entire blocks of buildings collapsed as a powerful earthquake struck central Italy in the middle of the night Sunday.

The quake hit just after 3:30 a.m. as people swept.

The U.S. Geological Survey measured the quake as 6.3 on the Richter Scale. Italian scientists placed it at 5.8.
