Humans have proven they are without question excellent at making mistakes.

What's wrong with that learning part?


1. If it isn't broke, don't fix it

a. If it is broke determine HOW it broke

b. Determine the WHY behind the HOW.

c. Return "it" to it's original unbroken condition.

d. Then, and only then go forward with the lessons learned to make "it" better.

2. Do not reinvent the wheel. If your wheel doesn't work, change wheels.

3. Lead by example.
