According to a report from WLKY-TV, police pulled over Jason Kircher early Thursday morning after they saw his car speeding and weaving in and out of traffic on a Louisville highway. The police report said at one point, the car drove off the road before the driver regained control.

When police pulled him over, they asked the 31-year-old Kircher why he was driving that way. That's when police say he used the oral sex excuse, saying he was receiving it from his passenger.

Aside from that, cops say they smelled alcohol on Kircher's breath and saw an open container of alcohol in the car. Kircher reportedly admitted to having two beers at a bar.

Despite reportedly failing several field sobriety tests, Kircher's blood-alcohol level was just 0.054%, below the state's legal driving limit of 0.08%.

Either way, Kircher was charged with careless driving, speeding and driving while intoxicated.
