Kardashian Sisters Use QuickTrim to Lose Weight, But is it Safe?
QuickTrim® Burn & Cleanse™ 14-Day Diet System: It sounds easy enough. Look like a Kardashian in 14 days just buy popping in four pills into your mouth. And it seems so believable, especially after watching Khloe Kardashian-Odom shed pounds off on reality television hit: “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and being mesmerized by her sister, Kim’s, body. And I’m sure…many of us have asked ourselves…could it be that simple? And more importantly, does it really work?
Quick History
The QuickTrim® products were first launched in September 2009 with the following claim: “a revolutionary, cutting edge line of advanced weight loss, fat-burning and detoxifying products for women and men.” At first they were only available at GNC stores. As of this month, they are now available at Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, and CVS stores nationwide. Not only are they marketed as a fast weight loss solution and have such huge celebrity spokespeople like the Kardashian sisters who constantly tweet & blog about the products, they are also more readily available than ever.
3 Things to Consider: Exploring the Small Print
- “This product has not been evaluated by the FDA” = not FDA-approved, meaning this product has not undergone laboratory, animal and human clinical testing to determine if it is safe & effective. The thing with dietary supplements, however, are that they can still generally be marketed without being FDA-approved (unlike new drugs which must be proven safe & effective).
- “Diet and exercise need to be used in conjunction with this product”, meaning you still need to eat healthy and follow and have an exercise regime established.
- “Consult with your physician before beginning any weight loss program” because of the various side effects you may experience due to food/drug interactions, etc.
----
In conclusion, just because the Kardashian sisters have done an exceptionally great job as celebrity spokespeople, doesn’t automatically make it good for you. You can easily “jump start your metabolism” by working out in the morning, “burn calories all day” by living an active lifestyle, and “cleanse-detox all night” just by letting your liver do what it’s supposed to do.
Not only is eating healthy and being active FREE, but it’s an investment that will last you a life time.

No online weight loss solution is safe until it has been approved by the FDA. See FitClick.com if you don't believe me.
it is safe , a celebrity says so.
I never understood what the Kardashians do anyway?
Are they like Paris Hilton?
Their celebrity comes from being a celebrity. Or, for you techno-geeks out there (like me):
Recursion: See recursion
The product sheds water weight ... It's not real weight loss . I'm no dietitian, but it seems like it dehydrates you... That's a damned dumb idea.
The Kardashian sisters can enter my neutral zone anytime.
I think she was cute before she lost the weight ...
Altering your bodies metabolism is risky, and chemically altering it (through the use of such substances) is down right dangerous.
The creators also trip the woo alarm in a number of places... but the first one that I noticed was when they say use the word 'detoxifying'. That is a huge red flag right there...
I find it very telling that this product has not been FDA approved, which means that it's claims cannot be verified scientifically... a truly massive flaw in any product.
The day that it was made legal to sell products like this without the FDAs approval was a dark day indeed for the health of the US population.
