Jon Stewart Does Impersonation of a Classic Glenn Beck Rant
Glenn Beck missed his Fox show this week because he had appendicitis. Well, that caught the satirical eye of Jon Stewart, who does an eight-minute impersonation of Beck ranting about his internal organs in this video:| The Daily Show With Jon Stewart | Mon - Thurs 11p / 10c | |||

A challenge
Can you refute any of the facts Glenn Beck has presented in the past few months on his tv show?

Effortlessly
Without a doubt.
If you care to list some choice ones, I will be happy to oblige, but I have not been able to tolerate his show without good reason since he left headline news, and really it was pretty dumb-camp then.
Just his treatment of the framers is enough to know he really has no regard for the truth. Let alone the fact that he has admitted numerous times that he feels no pressure to verify or even justify any claims he makes on his show (apparently only the scientists, professionals, experts, and journalists he constantly insults are bound by such principles and prudence).
But what you got? Any slightly original thought Beck put out recently you think anyone has issue with? I mean, I guess he gets like the date and names of famous people correct, so if this challenge is to be legit it should be something anyone would bother refuting.

Off the top of my head
He grossly misrepresented the number of people at his 9/12 rally, saying it was close to 2 million when it was closer to 60K.
He said the Health Care bill had death panels. I realize he didn't come up with that one on his own but he still perpetuated the lie.
His whole art critique was total BS.
He said that no other President had never been sworn into office without a Bible. Odd thing to say since Obama did swear in on a bible . He said he 'checked'.
He either did not check or checked up his arsegraped butt because he's lying. John Qunicy Adams used a law book . Franklin Pierce didn't even swear. He affirmed. Teddy Roosevelt used no Bible. Several Presidents kissed a Bible but did not swear on one.
he said recently that $1.4 million of stimulus money was used to repair a door at Dyess AFB. The doors repaired were aircraft hangar doors and the cost was not $1.4 million.
The cost was $246000 out of $1.4 million in repairs funding.
When I've got 15 min to look into it I'll come back with more but those were easy.
You could start w/ www.snopes.com They're very good at this.

hm
Refute "facts"? Or do you mean, refute the "STATEMENTS" that Glenn Beck spews without any fact behind them?
Glenn simply makes ridiculous statements and back them up with any substance. You can't just take something for truth until it's disapproved... Especially when there's nobody to do it, since nobody cares enough about a paranoid imbecile's statements.
If anyone takes him seriously, then Beck can just go out and say "Look! They're paying attention to me! What I said MUST be right! I'm onto something!"
USELESS
