Jesse James has won his ongoing custody battle against his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder and was given permission to move his daughter, Sunny, to Texas.
Jesse James will be moving to Texas on July 31 to be closer to his ex-wife, Sandra Bullock, and her baby boy Louis.
Sandra Bullock moved to Austin after news of Jesse James’ cheating came to light earlier this year.
Janine Lindemulder, a tattooed former porn star, asked the judge to keep Jesse from moving with their daughter to Texas. Janine said Sandra had no interest in continuing a relationship with Sunny. Sandra and Jesse were given full guardianship of six-year-old Sunny in 2009 after Lindemulder was sent to prison for six months for tax evasion.

Today James was officially handed physical custody of Sunny but both parents will share legal custody.
Lindemulder will be able to have physical custody of Sunny until she starts school in Texas in September.
After the judge ruled Janine began crying and screamed, “I’ll move, I’ll move.”
Janine spoke to the media outside the courtroom, stating, “Someday I will be her mother again.”
