Hillary Clinton Changes Tune on Israel's West Bank Settlements

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton backtracked a bit on her praise for Israel's offer to restrain, but not stop, building settlements in Palestinian areas. The Palestinians were not happy with what Clinton had to say in Jerusalem over the weekend. Speaking to a hostile audience in Marrakesh Monday, she said Israel's offer falls short of U.S. expectations:
