Jordan Drake has reportedly spent most of her 4 years of life in a hospital. She was told by her doctors that because of the congenital heart defect she was born with, the only thing that could save her would be a heart transplant (video below).
In June 2013, Lukas Clark died at 7 months old while under the supervision of a babysitter, according to Little Things. Heather Clark, Lukas' mother, decided she would never want another mother to suffer through the same experience of losing a child, so she donated her son's organs.
As it turns out, Jordan was one of three children saved by Heather's selfless decision.
In a video released by CNN on Feb. 1, Heather Clark has an emotional meeting with Jordan and her family. Jordan's mother holds her daughter on her lap as Heather uses a stethoscope to listen to her son's heart beating in Jordan's chest.
Jordan also gave Heather a Build-A-Bear which contains a recording of Lukas' heartbeat, so Heather can always listen to it, Little Things notes.
CNN's video has since gone viral, garnering over 3.2 million views on YouTube as of April 21.
