A woman who suffered from short term memory loss got a little help from her best friend in the form of a heart-warming cheat sheet.

The patient in question underwent an unknown trauma of some sort in May of last year, and that trauma resulted in spurts of forgetfulness and periods of confusion. In an effort to calm her down, the patient’s best friend created a nifty list that essentially covered all of her most frequently asked questions. While that doesn’t sound like a huge deal, the tone in which the letter was written and the endearing way the letter’s author communicated with the patient makes it clear that the two are obviously close friends.
