Bobbi-Jo Westley of York, Pennsylvania, says she wants to have the world's biggest hips, even if it takes her life (video below).

Westley, who weighs 542 pounds and has 95-inch hips, is aiming to break the record set by Mikel Ruffinelli who has had 99-inch hips since 2013, notes the Daily Mail.

Westley makes nearly $2,000 per hour posing naked for her fans online, but struggles to leave and enter her home.

"My hips are what makes me unique," Westley said. "It's what makes me 'me,' When I realized that there where men out there who like my shape, I was kind of surprised."

This young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.

According to Metro News, Westley also gets paid to sit on her fans, which she calls "crushing" sessions.

Westley described her devoted fan base: "I get all kinds of presents and messages from my fans, some of them ask 'will you marry me?' which is kind of hard because I'm already married," she says.

The 42-year-old admits she also has detractors: "When I get people on social media who say I am fat, I really don't react to it. Because I am fat."

Westley's weight causes her problems when she tries to walk across a room, but she is still determined to break the world record: "It's just something that I have to do and I take it one day at a time. I want to be remembered for something, and I think having the world's biggest hips is what I was meant to be remembered for."

Westley described the challenges that she faces: "Having big hips is kind of difficult. When I go down or up the steps, I have to turn sideways. I can't sit in chairs with arms. The last time I went to a doctor, I weighed in at 542. I'm still 5 foot 2 inches."

Westley believes her underactive thyroid condition is the cause of her weight gain, but nutritionist Nadia Sharifi is skeptical of that:

[During the day] she doesn't eat enough, and when she does it's unhealthy food. So thyroid is a little part of it, but really her nutrition and the way she eats is a bigger part ...

I think the consultation [with Westley] went really well. She is definitely in a place where it is very hard for the people to be. It's not that she needs to lose 50 pounds, she needs to lose over 200 pounds ... Her proclaiming that she has the world's biggest hips is definitely a self-protective mechanism. You have to understand she can't control a lot of things in her life. But one thing she can control is how big she can get her hips. She's really, truly a ticking time bomb. Its a life or death choice at this point.
